These terms govern your use of Levee at leveehub.com ("Levee", "the service"). Levee is operated by Khalid Alomar as an independent developer-run product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Levee is a manager dashboard that connects to your Slack workspace and Atlassian (Jira) site to surface unanswered messages and overdue issues, draft reply suggestions with AI, and send a daily summary to your Slack DM. Features may be added, modified, or removed during the beta.
You must be at least 18 years old. You must own (or have explicit permission to use) the Slack workspace and Atlassian site you connect.
You may use Levee for legitimate work or personal productivity. You may not:
Everything you bring into Levee — Slack messages, Jira issues, drafts you edit, comments you send — remains yours. Granting Levee access via OAuth or API tokens does not transfer ownership. You grant us a limited, revocable licence to process that data only as necessary to operate the service for you (rendering the dashboard, generating digests, posting replies you've reviewed). The licence ends when you remove the connection or delete your account.
Levee uses Anthropic Claude to summarise conversations and draft replies. AI output can be inaccurate or out of context. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending it. Levee posts replies only when you click Send. We don't send messages on your behalf without your action, except for the daily digest itself, which goes only to your own DM.
Levee is offered as-is during the beta. There is no SLA. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee any specific availability level. We may take the service down for maintenance, security incidents, or end-of-life with reasonable notice (email).
Levee is free to use during the public beta. We will give all active accounts at least 30 days' notice (email) before any pricing change takes effect, and you'll always be able to export your action log and remove your connections before any paid tier kicks in.
The Levee name, logo, and the underlying code, design, and content of leveehub.com belong to Khalid Alomar. These terms don't grant you any rights to those assets beyond using the service as intended.
You may stop using Levee at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if continuing to provide service would expose us to legal risk. On termination we delete your account data per the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Levee is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy of AI output, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khalid Alomar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising out of your use of Levee, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Levee in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Khalid Alomar harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right (including Slack's and Atlassian's terms).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active accounts 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
