Three tabs over the same workflow: Compose a focused ask to a teammate, generate a full Briefing across your Jira + Slack, and review History of past briefings the AI uses as memory.
Briefing tab
Not just a summary — drafts you can send in-place
Every briefing comes with action cards: each one a ready-made Slack DM or Jira comment, addressed to the right person, grounded in the last 4 comments of the relevant issue. Hit Send and the message goes — no copy, no paste, no tab-switching.
Slack DM actions — recipient pre-resolved to the right Slack user (via email match). Editable draft. Add more recipients with one click. Send to Slack posts the message in your name.
Jira comment actions — issue pre-linked. @-mentions in the draft are resolved to real Jira accounts so they tag properly (not plain text). Post comment ships the ADF body to the right issue.
Both come with an Edit button — tweak the wording, then send.
Click any Jira key in the briefing → opens the issue in Jira.
Briefings persist for 30 days as AI memory so recurring blockers and stale follow-ups get sharper detection over time.

Situation. Adel hasn't replied to the Q2P-14 RFC in 5 days. Q2P-22 is effectively resolved — Sara confirmed the migration ran clean.
Suggested action · Slack DM Adel Khalil
Hey Adel — bumping Q2P-14. The RFC has been open 5 days and the data-team review you flagged hasn't landed yet. Quick line on where it's stuck? Thanks.

Suggested action · Jira comment Q2P-22 · close as resolved
Closing this — Sara confirmed in her last comment the migration ran clean on staging. @Sara if there's a regression we can re-open.

Compose tab
Paste keys, get a short DM grounded in the comment thread
Paste a few Jira keys (or full URLs), pick a recipient, choose a template (close-outdated / take-look / status-update / custom). Before drafting, Levee fetches the last 4 comments on each issue and feeds them to the AI. The result reads the situation accurately — not a generic ping.
"Route by assignee" mode: paste 20 keys, get one draft per teammate, fan out at once.
Editable drafts; one click sends to Slack DM or as Jira comments.
Sends as @-mentions in Jira (resolves names to real Jira accounts).

Briefings stay around so the AI sees patterns
Every briefing is stored. Soft-delete clears it from view but keeps it in AI memory; "Forget permanently" removes it from memory entirely. New briefings see compact summaries of your last 30 days so they spot recurring blockers and stale follow-ups.
