Six queues that actually map to how you triage: Needs your reply, Approval, Risks, Stuck, Overdue, Follow-ups. One source of truth — the same numbers appear on the Dashboard.
Unified queue
Six KPI tiles + the lists behind each one
Each tile is one click away from the issue list — sortable, with priority pills, due-date highlighting, "days in status" coloring for stuck items, and "moved / no movement" tags for follow-ups.
Needs reply: assigned to you OR @mentioned in a comment, last 30 days, not done.
Approval queue: epics in any Review/Approval state, sorted by age.
Risks: P1/Highest, blocked, or labelled risk/blocker.
Stuck > 14d: in-progress items with no activity for two weeks.
Overdue: past due date, not done.
Follow-ups: issues you've commented on with no Jira movement since.
Suggested comments
One click → editable draft → Post comment
Pick any issue from any queue, click Suggest comment, get a draft grounded in the last 4 comments on that ticket. The draft appears in an editable box; click Post comment and Levee ships it as an ADF body straight to Jira — with @-mentions resolved to real Jira accounts so they tag properly (not as plain text). No tab-switching, no copy/paste.

HighQ2P-14RFC: API freeze for Q2 — needs your sign-off
Last comment 5 days ago from Adel Khalil: "Data-team to confirm before Friday."
Suggested comment · Q2P-14 tag @Adel Khalil
@Adel Khalil — bumping this. The data-team confirmation you flagged Friday hasn't landed. Need a line on status before I sign off on the freeze — even "still blocked" is fine.
